• Content you provide: design briefs, moodboard inputs, and files/images you upload or generate in the app.

• To create and manage your account and provide the service.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve Planova.
• To provide customer support and communicate service updates.

3) Payments

If you purchase a subscription, payments are processed by third-party payment providers (for example, Lemon Squeezy and/or PayPal). We do not store your full card details. Payment providers may process transaction data according to their own policies.

4) Third-party services

We use trusted infrastructure providers (for example, Firebase for authentication, databases, and hosting). These providers process data on our behalf to operate Planova.

5) Data retention

We keep your information for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described below.

6) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and reduce risks.

• You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
